International Women’s Day Celebration with the Fabian Women’s Network

The proceeds from this FWN celebration on International Women’s Day will go towards encouraging women’s participation, visibility and representation in public life through our magazine, Fabiana – and through our mentoring scheme – which has seen over 75 women progress in public life over 3 intakes.

We have confirmed Baroness Jan Royall of Blaisdon, Leader of Opposition in the House of Lords, Stella Creasy MP, who is well known for her community and feminist campaigns, Anas Sarwar, MP for Glasgow Central and Deputy Leader of the Scottish Labour Party, Gareth Thomas MP, Chair of the Co-operative Party and newly appointed Shadow Minister for Europe and our President Seema Malhotra MP – as speakers for this event.Standard Rate – £20
