From the Margins to the Centre: Making the Climate Change Agenda More Mainstream in a future UK economy

Panel of inspiring speakers discuss how and why the climate agenda has to be inclusive and the ways in which we all have something of value to contribute and relevant. Our panellists were:

Rt Hon Liam Byrne MP - Birmingham Hodge Hill and Labour candidate for West Midlands Mayor will be talking about his radical compassion which includes the Green agenda and his plans should he become metro mayor to make the Green agenda more visible in people's everyday lives so that it is in people's hearts and minds.

Zarina Ahmad - Environmentalist and Climate Change Trainer - will be talking about how the climate change agenda can be more inclusive to remove barriers and challenges that BAME and marginalised communities when engaging with climate justice.

Tom Maidment - local Climate Change Activist and member of Coventry's Green New Deal Steering Group - will be talking about his activism and the work of Coventry Green New Deal.
